When should I place my order?
We recommend booking your Luxe Populent Installation a minium of 2 weeks in advance. All custom Balloon Kit orders should be placed 2-3 weeks in advance. If you are ordering a grab & go garland you should order a minimum of 1 week in advance.
Do you offer different shipping options?
We have various shipping options including local pick-up for Michigan Residents. We can discuss your options during your consultation.
Do you have a return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to exchange your item for another product of equal or lesser value. You may also return your item for a store credit. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
